Burlington Bulletin No. 73 was mailed from Pontiac, Illinois, August 14, 2024.  Burlington Bulletin No. 73 is a 92-page issue containing two articles. The primary article is author Steve Holding's "Q and the Military – Part 2 On-Line Ordnance Depots & Plants" providing brief histories of the U.S. military ammunition plants, depots, and the Savanna proving grounds. Photographs, maps, and a partial locomotive roster of those locomotives serving those plants are included. The second article covers the Atlantic Coast Line and Louisville and Nashville guard cars for the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission used for transporting nuclear materials over the CB&Q by Editor David Lotz, with information and photographs provided by historians David Orr and John W. Schultz
